Adam Klapperich, DO - Child/Adolescent & Adult Psychiatrist
Dr. Klapperich is one of PAL's newest consulting psychiatrists. He has helped with consults over the past few years and now has taken a permanent place on the PAL consultation team. Dr. Klapperich joined PrairieCare Medical Group in Edina in 2012. Originally from Aberdeen, South Dakota, he attended the University of South Dakota before graduating from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed psychiatric residency and child and adolescent psychiatric fellowship training at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Klapperich works with children and adolescents at the Maplewood location. |

Joshua Stein, MD - Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
Dr. Stein is the clinical director and an attending clinician at the Brooklyn Park Partial Hospital Program (PHP) and operates a clinic out of the Brooklyn Park Medical Office Building. The clinic is used as a bridge for patient’s leaving PHP until they can see their outpatient provider. Common goals for the PHP and clinic site are patient centered care that focuses on increasing functioning at home, functioning in school including extracurricular activities and in social settings. The focus for care is not just on immediate obstacles and gains, but improving long term trajectory as well. As the president of the Minnesota Society for Child Adolescent Psychiatry he focuses on local and national advocacy for children’s mental health with a goal to increase access to quality care.

Sarah Baker, LICSW - Triage Clinical Social Worker
Sarah has been working with youth and families at PrairieCare since 2009 as a social worker and therapist. As one of the original clinicians involved with the Minnesota Psychiatric Consultation Service, Sarah has helped create the protocols, guides and the referrals database that is used throughout the state. She has been the primary Triage Clinical Social Worker since 2012 and helps with not only triage and referral, but also with trainings, education and community outreach. Sarah is dedicated to the service and expanding its reach throughout the state of Minnesota. |
Jade Mueller, LICSW - Triage Clinical Social Worker
Jade has been with PrairieCare since 2016 as a social worker supporting youth and their families. She has experience working in a variety of settings including residential treatment, partial hospitalization, day treatment, community skills, and case management. As of 2019, Jade has brought her knowledge of crisis planning, clinical assessment, and familiarity of local resources to the Psychiatric Assistance Line. Jade finds fulfillment in providing triage services for the Psychiatric Assistance Line as she has a dedication to ensuring that all Minnesota youth have access to psychiatric care. |
Susan Roers, LADC, LICSW - Triage Clinical Social Worker
Susan has been working with children and adolescents for the past 16 years. She specializes in substance abuse counseling, social work, and therapy. She has experience working in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, half-way houses, clinics and schools. While working at PrairieCare, she gained vast experience providing assessments and assisting with triage into a variety of levels of care throughout the state. Susan is an astute clinician and has expert-level familiarity of local services and programs. |

Todd Archbold, LSW, MBA - Chief Executive Officer
Todd is the Chief Executive Officer of PrairieCare, a social worker, and has been a part of PrairieCare since 2006. He has contributed to PrairieCare’s growth and success over the years through many roles including Chief Operating Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Development Officer and PrairieCare Medical Group Practice Manager. With a clinical background as a social worker, Todd is driven to lead the organization to help better serve our patients and community. He has lead the development of numerous sites and programs to meet the needs of the community, as well as creating innovative partnership with other community providers. Todd is also the Executive Director of the statewide Psychiatric Assistance Line (PAL), offering consultation to primary care providers and has garnered national recognition. |
Linda Vukelich - Executive Director of MN Psychiatric Society, MN Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry & MN Mental Health Community Foundation
Linda led the efforts in the implementation of the first model of the Minnesota Psychiatric Consultation Service in 2011. This included grant writing, project coordination and the development of the Fast-Tracker, a comprehensive and searchable database for mental health referrals and resources in Minnesota. Linda has been a vital part of the Psychiatric Assistance Line team helping to further develop the Fast-Tracker and assisting with community outreach and trainings. |
